450. The only attachment available so far for Phileas is the Balloon Attachment. Phileas gives players a Critical Hit Up buff in combat zones. Phileas and the Rancor companion Fogg are likely references to Phileas Fogg, protagonist of Jules Verne's Around the World in Eighty Days. Verne's Fogg makes use of a hot air balloon, and Phileas' balloon attachment is also a likely reference to the book.
