The Confederacy of Independent Systems (also known as the Separatists) is one of the two factions involved in the Clone Wars, the other being the Galactic Republic. Its military arm is the Separatist Droid Army.
Separatist Droid Army[]
The Separatist Droid Army is the main Separatists army. Their primary soilders are B-1 battle droids, and are usually led by an organic commander assisted with a tactical droid. The Separatists are led by Count Dooku and are the main opponents of the Grand Army of the Republic.

Galactic Forces[]
In the minigame Galactic Forces the Separatist Droid Army is a playable team. The Separatists has some advantages over the Republic, including a wider and stronger range of vehicles that can target up to four enemies at once, and cheaper building structures. Although building structures such as Barracks are cheaper, the Separatists infantry is slightly weaker than the Republic's. The Separatist Droid Army is a suitable team for any player who prefers cheap building structures, and tend to use multi-targeting units.
